The Service is an admin dashboard that helps you manage Facebook marketing: connecting Facebook Pages via official Meta APIs, generating content with AI, scheduling and publishing posts, managing comments, and viewing analytics.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards or any applicable law - including posting misleading claims, spam, or content that infringes on someone else's rights. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published.
Content, captions, images and replies generated by the Service are drafts grounded in the business information you provide. We do not guarantee they are error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published to your Facebook Page(s), Groups or Marketplace.
The Service includes automated checks intended to reduce copyright, policy and spam risk, but these checks cannot guarantee that Meta will never restrict, limit or suspend any connected account or Page. Enforcement decisions belong solely to Meta. The Service does not attempt to bypass Meta's rate limits, security systems or spam detection.
You retain ownership of your business content and any content you upload. We retain ownership of the Service's software, design and underlying technology.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any action taken by Meta against your account.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
